Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather, document, and translate business and user requirements into clear stories and specifications. You will collaborate with business users and technical teams to drive delivery across digital platforms and enterprise systems.

You will support Agile delivery, run UAT, manage backlogs in JIRA, and help optimise processes and customer journeys through data‑driven insights and API/workflow integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Digital Delivery, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Experience supporting or leading UAT activities within project environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Manage and refine project backlogs within JIRA and support Agile delivery activities.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements discussions with business users and technical teams.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scenarios, and coordinate testing activities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze and improve business processes, system workflows, and customer journeys.
• Support digital platform, mobile application, web portal, system enhancement, and integration projects.
