Job summary

Accenture is inviting final-year students to join its Industry & Enterprise practice in Hong Kong for a full-time graduate program. You will explore AI strategy, industry research, and data-driven transformation projects.

Majors from any discipline are welcome; AI, data analysis, business analysis, CS, statistics, mathematics and engineering are preferred. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is expected, with a passion for technology and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with graduation between January 2026 and August 2027.
• Open to full-time students from any discipline; AI, data analysis, business analysis, CS, statistics, mathematics or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Digitally savvy, curious, and passionate about technology, with an interest in emerging technologies, business innovation, and the application of AI in work and daily life.

Strong AI literacy and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage AI to support learning, analysis, problem-solving, and value creation.

Strong quantitative problem-solving skills, with a desire to develop and deepen consulting capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with different people, effectively articulating ideas to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals.

Proven ability to adapt, overcome obstacles to achieve and deliver results, with the courage and flexibility to undertake work responsibilities in different projects/locations.
