Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an ILP Fund Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Investment-Linked Products across HK channels. You will coordinate with external fund houses and internal teams to deliver a competitive fund proposition, ensure regulatory filings, and maintain data integrity.

The role requires a finance degree and 8–10 years in ILP or fund management, with strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
• CFA, CAIA, CFP or equivalent investment qualification preferred.
• SFC Type 1 license (or willingness to obtain) advantageous for HK regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Fund Lifecycle Management across ILP fund menus and channels.
• Lead setup, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of ILP funds.
• Serve as primary liaison with external fund houses on launches, closures, mergers, and mandate changes.
• Manage fund documentation, regulatory filings, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and legal to implement fund changes on schedule.
• Maintain up-to-date fund menu and data integrity across systems.
• Distribution & Sales Support: support brokers, wealth planners and agencies with investment queries and training.
• Develop and deliver fund training sessions and proposition presentations for distribution channels.
• Create and maintain sales materials like fund factsheets and comparison tools.
• Support new business by providing fund information and insights to front-line teams.
• Investment Alignment: collaborate with CIM investment counsellors to align fund positioning and messaging.
• Act as bridge between external managers and internal investment teams; contribute investment perspective.
• Fund Performance & Reporting: provide data, analysis and reports for fund reviews and management presentations.
• Monitor market developments, fund flows, and policyholder behavior to flag strategic actions.
• Prepare materials for fund review committees and senior management.
