Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Bachelor's degree or above in a Mathematics-related subject.
• Proven experience teaching IB, GCSE, or A-Level curricula, with strong familiarity with the IB Mathematics syllabus.
• Genuine passion for teaching, with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within an international and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that cover IB, A-Level, and IGCSE syllabi.
• Contribute to development of proprietary teaching materials and resources for the Academy.
• Review past paper patterns to anticipate common challenges and help students avoid grade-limiting pitfalls.
• Offer regular, clear, and constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Teach the IB DP Mathematics curriculum in line with requirements.
• Prepare customised lesson plans and progress reports tailored to each student.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding learning development and progress.
