Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will manage cleaning task assignments, maintain staff records, handle calls for Housekeeping, and collaborate with internal and external guests. Proficiency in English is preferred; experience in hotel operations is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience as administrator or coordinator.
• Experience in hotel operations is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Preferably with good English skills (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily housekeeping operations and ensure tasks are carried out well.
• Handle administrative duties, paperwork, staff records, inventories.
• Receive and coordinate all calls for Housekeeping and assist with lost and found procedures.
• Communicate with internal and external guests.
