Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• CPA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Long-term HK commitment: stay at least 3 years.
• Business mindset: develop practical treasury solutions.
• Compliance & risk awareness within treasury governance.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders across the Group.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury-related board activities in Hong Kong, including agenda drafting and meeting minutes.
• Provide treasury decision support for directors and monitor policy implementation.
• Deliver post-loan management and ongoing treasury advisory services to the board.
• Align treasury solutions with Hong Kong and Macau businesses.
• Design liquidity management frameworks and track implementation.
• Coordinate internal capital resources to improve treasury efficiency for local businesses.
• Collaborate with the post-integration team on financial assessments and plans.
• Maintain relationships with key financial institution partners in Hong Kong.
