Job summary

Marshall Wace offers a technology internship in Hong Kong, with 10 weeks from May to July 2027. You will work directly with development teams across Finance, Operations, Risk, Trading, and Portfolio Management.

You will gain hands-on experience in devops, data engineering, cyber security, web development, BI, software engineering, and stream processing, with mentoring and networking as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Open to first-year students, penultimate years considered.
• Active development of technical/programming skills through projects or hackathons.
• Strong academic record and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Development teams across Finance, Operations, Risk, Trading, and Portfolio Management.
• Gain hands-on experience with technologies such as devops, data engineering, cyber security, web development, BI, software engineering, and stream processing.
• Collaborate on intern projects proposed by the Technology team and present outcomes.
• Receive mentoring, seminars, social events, and contribute to charitable activities.
