IMC offers a 10-week trading internship in Hong Kong, immersing you in real projects from day one with hands-on and classroom training and a dedicated mentor to guide your growth. The program aims to secure a graduate position for many interns upon completion.

You will work alongside Traders and Engineers, developing trading and analytical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting that rewards creativity and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complicated problems.
• Decision making under uncertainty and staying focused under pressure.
• Genuine passion for financial markets; no prior knowledge required.
• Commence in May/June 2027 and engage with mentors from day one.
• Penultimate or final year of study with Distinction average or equivalent.

Our 10-week trading internship is your chance to experience life as a trader at IMC. You'll have all the support you need to succeed: a mixture of hands-on and classroom training and a mentor overseeing your work and professional development. Where you go from here is up to you - the majority of our interns secure a graduate position at the end of the programme.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• An academic background in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, Finance, or Economics, with a minimum Distinction average or equivalent.
• Commenced your penultimate or final year of study.
• Strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complicated problems.
• The ability to make decisions under uncertainty and remain focused under pressure.
• A genuine passion for financial markets (no prior knowledge or experience is required).
• The ability to commence in May/June 2027.
