Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced mechanical design engineer to drive end-to-end product development for headset and wireless consumer electronics.

You will design reliable components, release CAD drawings, coordinate with OEM/ODM suppliers, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet milestones while applying advanced plastics knowledge and 3D CAD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in mechanical design in headphone, audio, wireless consumer electronics trading.
• Extensive knowledge of plastics and experience in plastic injection.
• Solid knowledge and experience in small electronic device design.
• Pro/E or SolidWorks proficiency for 3D CAD.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of mechanical engineering processes throughout the product development cycle.
• Design mechanical components and assemblies emphasizing reliability and maintainability.
• Prepare, modify, and release CAD drawings to verify fit, form, and function.
• Handle OEM/ODM projects with overseas customers, ensuring timely milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project requirements and drive outcomes.
• Perform engineering calculations to determine size and strength of components.
• Interface with suppliers and SMEs to address technical risks.
