Candidates should have a strong track record in at least one quantitative strategy area, experience trading live markets, and the ability to drive performance through research, optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum track record leading quantitative trading strategies in live markets.
• Experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset markets is a plus.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, development and deployment of quantitative trading strategies.
• Drive performance through research, optimization and execution enhancements.
• Manage trading risk, portfolio construction and capital allocation.
• Build and mentor a team of researchers, traders and engineers.
• Identify opportunities across crypto markets and asset classes.
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve execution capabilities.
• Partner with senior management to scale trading businesses.
