Job summary

Cafe Deco Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Group Marketing Communications Executive to design and oversee promotions across offline and online channels, driving engagement and brand loyalty.

The role involves securing media exposure, managing the loyalty program, and producing compelling content aligned with brand strategy. Strong digital marketing and analytics skills are required, with Mandarin a plus and immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 4 years relevant experience preferably in Food and Beverage industry; exposures in digital marketing a must
• Strong project management, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details with a demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines
• Capable to handle multi-tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee integrated promotional campaigns across offline and online channels
• Identify and pursue external partnerships and media exposure opportunities; cultivate relationships with local media outlets
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize performance of digital marketing platforms and advertising channels
• Craft high-quality content for press releases, advertorials, website copy, and social media
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and manage end-to-end operation of loyalty program
• Work with stakeholders to ensure brand voice and strategic objectives are met
