Graduate Trainee / Intern – Front Office & Sales Support

Overview

We are seeking energetic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our front-office and client-facing business lines in Hong Kong. You will be placed into one of our core functional areas based on your background, interests, and skillset.

Core Functional Tracks

Asset Management: Support product structuring, launch execution, ongoing product lifecycle management, and daily operational support.

Wealth Management Sales Support: Manage client relationships, execute client onboarding, provide front-office operational support, and assist with daily business transactions.

Investment Banking (Junior Support): Assist with deal execution support, financial data compilation, client presentation drafting, and cross-departmental project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Execution Support: Facilitate end-to-end product/deal workflows and maintain seamless coordination between sales desks and back-office operations to ensure compliance and execution efficiency.

Client Relationship & Coverage: Serve as a key liaison for client inquiries, assist with prospective client outreach, and maintain high-quality client relationship data.

Market & Data Analysis: Conduct foundational market research, compile performance reports, and organize sales/transaction documentation.

Business Administration: Handle routine departmental tasks, trade/administrative support, and project management tasks as assigned by line managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Open to fresh graduates (Class of 2026/2027); prior internship experience in Banking, Securities, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking is a strong plus.

Good understanding of Hong Kong and international financial markets, investment products, or capital market operations.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Driven, detail-oriented, with high execution capacity and strong compliance awareness.

Fast learner with adaptability in a high-performance environment.

Proficient in standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
