Job summary

KPMG China invites final‑year students or graduates to join its Governance, Risk & Compliance Services team in Hong Kong. You will participate in project delivery, research and analysis, and contribute to client engagements alongside seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Final year student with a bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised university.
• Strong presentation and report writing skills, with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, along with an agile mindset and commitment to quality client services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in dynamic situations; highly adaptive and flexible.
• A permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in the location you are applying for.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Efficiently execute assigned project tasks as part of project teams and deliver high-standard work products. Ensure quality and attention to detail before submission for review.
• Team Contribution: Actively contribute to the team by maintaining good professional relationships internally and externally, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Reporting on Projects: Keep senior team members informed of progress on engagements and any significant developments, ensuring transparency and effective communication within the team.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to support various business initiatives, focusing on emerging areas and hot topics. Analyse findings to identify insights and opportunities, and communicate these effectively to contribute to informed decision-making within the team.
