Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer in Hong Kong. You will contribute to early-stage planning and concept design for energy systems, supporting the electrical design of renewables, energy storage, and urban energy networks.

You will advise clients across East Asia on project development and viability, while engaging in policy reviews to facilitate deployments. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, are recent graduates or close to completion, and have fluent

What You Will Do

• Early-stage planning and concept design works for energy system developments.
• Assisting with the electrical engineering design of supply side energy systems including power supply to and from renewables, energy storage, molecular fuels and urban energy systems.
• Advising and supporting clients on the development of energy supply projects across East Asia.
• Assessing energy system projects for technical commercial viability in support of commercial transactions.
• Policy and regulatory reviews in support of energy project development within various jurisdictions.

Is this role right for you?

• Minimum Bachelor's level degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Graduated recently, or be on track to complete your most recent relevant degree before your employment start date.
• An interest in or experience related to High Voltage Transmission; Language Skills .
• Fluent in English.
• No more than 2 years of full-time experience in a comparable role
