Job summary

Mastercard in Hong Kong SAR is launching the 2027 Launch Graduate Program for early‑career talent. Over 18 months, participants are assigned to a business unit to learn across functions and gain on‑the‑job experience.

The Title and Summary Associate Analyst role supports Account Managers with routine processes, creates contract materials, and helps drive initiatives, performance tracking and market insights while building strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s program graduating between Dec 2026–Jul 2027.
• Able to start work on 19 July 2027.
• No work visa sponsorship required to work in Hong Kong SAR.
• Highly motivated, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across multiple functions and markets.
• Strong customer focus with ability to understand and respond to needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers to complete routine business processes.
• Create materials for contracts, agreements, and pitching/decks under guidance.
• Support Account Managers to execute initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Support Account Leads on team activity management and performance tracking.
• Keep up-to-date with market and industry developments; contribute ideas.
• Support internal data research and analysis for key accounts.
• Prepare contracts and assist in processing data for customer review materials.
