OKX is seeking a Global Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager in Hong Kong to lead worldwide tax filings and risk management. You will partner with Finance, Legal and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate tax reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 10+ years in international tax, strong Pillar 2 knowledge, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, startup-like environment while delivering precise tax solutions for the business.

Qualifications

10+ years of international tax experience, mix of Big 4/advisory and in-house roles.
Strong tax accounting and compliance technical skills.
Solid understanding of Pillar 2 concepts and Country-by-Country reporting.
Self-starter, able to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the big picture.

Responsabilités

Manage tax compliance matters for the Group across jurisdictions with external advisors.
Monitor tax risks and document key positions for reporting.
Prepare quarterly tax provisions and monitor effective tax rate and cash tax positions.
Lead Pillar 2 implementation across 15+ jurisdictions, including deferred tax assessments.
Advise business teams on tax implications and support decision making.
