Job summary

Lalamove seeks a Senior Associate, Strategy & Analytics (Service Quality) to elevate driver service quality, optimize regional workflows, and champion driver partner quality globally. You will translate complex data into actionable strategies, influence regional initiatives, and partner with Product, Tech, and Operations to build preventive features.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics (Service Quality) and own analytical frameworks, infraction trends, and performance

Qualifications

2+ years in BI or data analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Knowledge of data warehousing is a plus.
Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analysis.
Exposure to Operations or Platform Governance in a high-growth marketplace is preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and govern regional Service Quality frameworks focused on compliance across markets.
Standardize infraction tracking and scoring to monitor driver behavior and reduce misconduct.
Lead analytics on regional trends, failures, and compliance metrics to drive interventions.
Collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations to automate infraction detection and retraining workflows.
