Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing of electronic components and Enterprise IT Infrastructure, building a reliable supplier base and ensuring compliant, efficient purchasing across overseas markets.

You will develop new suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, manage tendering and contracting, and collaborate with business heads to align sourcing strategy with company goals, while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience in electronic components, IT assets, or Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• CIPS, CPSM or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Table and VLOOKUP are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source reliable suppliers and inventories from overseas markets to ensure a stable supply chain.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across electronic components and Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
• Manage supplier sourcing, quotations, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and supplier management.
• Ensure procurement operations comply with internal policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to confirm needs and align sourcing strategies.
