Job summary

UBS in Hong Kong seeks a Philanthropy Advisor to join the Social Impact and Philanthropy team. You will help establish UBS philanthropy capabilities for Greater China, engaging with family offices, institutional clients, and international philanthropists to grow impact and funding pipelines.

You will adapt global philanthropy services to local needs, deliver advisory processes, and lead training while collaborating with internal stakeholders to position UBS as a leading provider of philanthropy

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with banking/financial institution experience.
Industry experience in philanthropy with exposure advising family offices, institutional clients.
Track record in business development (strategy, planning, leadership, stakeholder management & communication).
Able to work with teams and engage external stakeholders.
Creative with strong social and presentation skills.
Flexible and resilient to stressful situations.
Curiosity about how AI can improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Adapt the global philanthropy services approach to Greater China needs and implement a structured advisory process.
Drive development of the business pipeline through education, client events, and positioning.
Enable CAs to promote philanthropy and social finance offerings by leading internal training sessions.
Generate business results and revenues from philanthropy services.
Collaborate with local management to position UBS more positively in the industry.
Provide input to global/regional initiatives and partnerships.
Establish a knowledge base and thought leadership with research access.
