Job summary

ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Officer for home appliance/OEM trading. You will manage order follow-up from initial quotation through shipment, develop project prototypes, and liaise with tooling vendors and overseas buyers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 3-6 years in related sales, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required.
• 3-6 years in sales & marketing executive in home appliance or consumer electronic OEM trading, factory in U.S.A, EEC
• Detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency

Responsibilities

• Order details following up until shipment completed.
• Issue and follow up quotations.
• Project development, prototypes and delivery follow up.
• Knowledge of tooling.
• Contact with vendor and overseas buyers.
• Monitoring production status and order status to meet shipment deadline.
