Job summary

CLSA invites a Senior Network Lead to oversee the group’s enterprise network across 21 locations, reporting to Head of Infrastructure. You will lead a matrixed team, including external providers, and own network operation lifecycle, strategy, budgeting, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT/CS or related field.
• 15+ years in IT with 10+ years in managing a network team of 10+ people.
• Enterprise network experience incl. LAN/MAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking.
• Strong vendor management, contracts, RFI/RFP leadership.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication; ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team to deliver end-to-end network services from design to operations.
• Design and govern network across on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Collaborate with Cloud, InfoSec, and departments to integrate network solutions.
• Act as technical lead on RFIs/RFPs and vendor negotiations.
• Forecast resources and manage multiple concurrent network projects.
• Provide leadership and retain network staff; top escalation for complex issues.
• Communicate goals with senior management and stakeholders.
