Job summary

Metabit Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Production Trading Engineer to own the rollout of production trading systems for global strategies, focusing on US and APAC markets. You will design and optimize execution workflows, monitor live trading operations, and collaborate with research and engineering to deploy strategies from development to production.

Strong Python and C++ skills, deep understanding of market microstructure, and bilingual Chinese/English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the production trading rollout, execution support, and trading system optimization for global strategies, with a focus on US and APAC markets.
• Design and optimize execution workflows and trading logic in real market environments.
• Continuously support live trading operations by monitoring and resolving production trading issues.
• Participate in the design and optimization of trading risk controls to ensure stable strategy performance across different markets.
• Collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to drive stable strategy deployment from research to production.
• Capture and systematize trading experience into reusable frameworks and best practices for execution and market rollout.
