Qualifications

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and working with databases.
• Have a genuine interest in corporate and investment banking, capital markets, or financial services.
• Can work independently while being a supportive part of a team.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain organisational charts for corporate and investment banking businesses.
• Map reporting lines, product and sector coverage, and senior leadership teams across banks and financial institutions.
• Keep our proprietary candidate database accurate and useful by cleaning, coding, and inputting key candidate information.
• Input candidate information including current role, employer, location, career history, product expertise, and seniority.
• Support wider research projects, including preparing target lists, market maps, and research materials for live searches and business-development work.
