Job summary

TF International Securities’ Global Markets Institutional Brokerage sales trading desk covers cash equities and other instruments globally, providing trading ideas and market access to institutional clients. The team handles HK, Asia and US markets with both low-touch and high-touch execution, delivering fast, accurate trading and continuous market data to senior traders.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales trading, proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales trading, preferably from top-tier brokerage or investment bank.
• Proactive and outgoing personality with strong desire to communicate with clients and internal colleagues.
• Familiar with different OMS and institutional dealing workflows, preferred with Broadridge UL Trader or other institutional OMS.
• Must having algorithmic trading experience dealing with Hong Kong, Asia and US equity markets.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Night shift experience and availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales trading and execution services for Hong Kong, China Connect, Asia and US market (both low-touch and high-touch) to institutional clients in accordance with all regulatory and internal requirements
• Fast and accuracy trading according to strategy required
• Provide continuous and accurate market data to senior sales traders to facilitate trading activities
• Generate daily trading summary and dealer-related report
• Constantly help in optimizing trading systems and workflows to improve the performance/cost ratio of the desk
• Communicate with sales, IT, settlement to perform other ad hoc projects
