Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required.
• At least 10 years of accounting experience with proven managerial and team leadership exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience in full set accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Experience in multinational or international company environment preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HKFRS, audit coordination, and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team.
• Oversee the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal corporate policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
