道得投資（香港）資產管理有限公司 seeks a Corporate Finance Analyst to assist in fundraising, financing and investment transactions, including pitch book preparation, due diligence and financial modeling.

The role requires 1–3 years in corporate finance with strong industry research, financial modeling and analysis skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure are essential in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines from a reputable university.
• CFA/CPA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, finance or related industries.
• Strong skills in industry research, financial modeling and analysis.
• Interest in technology, AI, robotics, new materials, renewable energy, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, project management, and learning abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of fund raising, financing and investment transactions, including pitch book preparation, due diligence, and financial modeling
• Conduct industry and company research to identify potential investors and investment opportunities
• Assist in maintaining relationships with target investors, financial institutions, and branch offices to support fund raising and business development
• Undertake other duties assigned by the department
