Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong and Sydney is seeking engineers to build the next generation of options trading technology. You will design modern full-stack applications for pricing, execution and trading workflows used by options traders worldwide.

You will work directly with traders, quants and business leaders, using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python/C++ on the backend, tackling real-time scalability and distributed systems challenges.

Qualifications

Build the Next Generation of Options Trading Technology

This position is available in Hong Kong and Sydney.

I'm working with one of the world's most sophisticated quantitative trading firms as they continue investing heavily in their global Options Trading Technology team. This is an opportunity to build the next generation of pricing, execution and trading workflow tools used by options traders around the world.

You’ll work directly alongside traders, quantitative researchers and business leaders, designing modern full-stack applications that solve complex real-time trading challenges while helping launch entirely new products and markets.

You’ll be working with:

• React & TypeScript on the frontend
• Python and/or C++ on the backend
• Distributed systems, APIs and real-time trading platforms
• Modern UI engineering with genuine front-office impact

They’re looking for engineers who:

• Have 3 - 10 years of commercial full-stack development experience
• Enjoy solving difficult engineering problems at scale
• Thrive in highly collaborative, fast-moving environments
• Want to work directly with end users rather than being several layers removed
• Are passionate about building elegant products, not just writing code

Financial markets experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong engineers from other high-performance technology environments are encouraged to apply.
