Client: Quant Fund – Global collaborative firm run by passionate Computer Scientists
Salary: $600,000 - $1,200,000 + bonus + package/perks
Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid/Remote - 3/4 days onsite)

Overview

In this position, you will manage the readiness of global trading platforms, covering pre-trading and post-trading activities. Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues or escalated as needed to minimize disruptions and prevent outages, ensuring smooth trade operations. (A full and detailed job spec is available)

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Readiness: Manage and ensure the stability of global trading platforms across the full trade lifecycle.
• Incident Management: Rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues to prevent system outages.
• Trade Support: Oversight of pre-trading and post-trading activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Escalation: Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to minimize business disruption.

Skills and Experience

• Track Record: Minimum 2 years of front office support experience.
• Scripting: Solid proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting for automation and monitoring.
• Data Management: An understanding of relational databases and querying (SQL, Postgres, etc.).
• Infrastructure: Must have a genuine love for Linux environments.
