Job summary

Eureka Language Services Limited is seeking a freelance bilingual English teacher to work with children on Hong Kong Island. Provide an authentic learning environment, lead lessons, and develop engaging materials to boost learners' confidence in English.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Cantonese, holds a university degree, and is passionate about educating children. SCRC is required; TEFL/TESOL is advantageous. Flexible schedule with renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Holder of a university degree (in any subject).
• Passionate about educating children.
• In possesssion of a valid Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC). Applicants can apply for it later if not yet obtained.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials where necessary
• Use Cantonese when necessary to aid student understanding

Requirements

• A fully fluent English and Cantonese speaker
• A holder of university degree (in any subject)
• Passionate about educating children
• In possession of a valid Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC). (Applicants without SCRC at present can apply for it later after passing the application process).
• 2 years teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory
