Job summary

Pinpoint Asia is seeking a seasoned FinTech Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the rollout and ongoing operation of large-scale cross-border digital platforms and financial data networks in Hong Kong.

You will collaborate with internal technical teams and senior management to plan, track, and execute initiatives, gather requirements, conduct risk assessments, and support regulatory audits within a heavily regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience encompassing business analysis, product development, project management, or operation of complex banking/financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of modern financial technologies, with preference for CBDC, blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Proven track record in managing project lifecycles, risk assessments, and coordinating technology audits in regulated environments.
• Excellent presentation, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities; able to work independently.
• Fluent English with Cantonese and Mandarin as valuable for regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and execute large-scale FinTech infrastructure platforms and data networks.
• Gather user requirements, conduct gap analyses, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate risk assessments, security reviews, and regulatory audits across platforms.
• Provide operational support including budgets, vendor payments, reports, and SOPs.
• Oversee procurement lifecycles, vendor performance, and legal/compliance documentation.
• Facilitate executive meetings and prepare meeting materials.
