Job summary

Synpulse, a leading global management and technology consultancy, seeks a senior project lead to drive full lifecycles for Hedge Fund & Private Equity products and Portfolio Management. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Requirements include 6+ years in banking and large-scale transformations, with strong asset/wealth management knowledge. An AI-aware mindset and ability to apply AI-enabled tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in banking and large-scale implementation project management.
• Solid knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
• Strong background in Asset Management, Wealth Management and Private Banking.
• Led end-to-end large scale transformation projects.
• Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to understand complex situations quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong team leadership experience managing people and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycles for Hedge Fund & Private Equity products and Portfolio Management know-how.
• End to end project management implementation across internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional technology teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Drive governance, documentation, and reporting to management and steering committees.
