Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting a Finance Manager for a top-tier private equity firm in the Asia region. You will collaborate with regional and global finance teams to support monthly reporting, close activities and robust financial controls.

You will provide finance business partnering across Asia, oversee outsourced accounting, review employee expenses, support regulatory and tax matters, and coordinate external audits to ensure timely statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline with a recognised professional qualification (CPA/ACCA).
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, audit, or related financial management functions.
• Experience in finance transformation initiatives, system implementations, or finance technology enhancement projects is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and closing activities across the Asia platform.
• Provide finance business partnering to multiple offices in Asia while driving process improvements.
• Oversee outsourced accounting providers and month-end close procedures.
• Review employee expense claims for compliance with policies and governance standards.
• Support regulatory and licensing requirements, including cash flow forecasts and management reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and manage corporate tax compliance to ensure timely statutory reporting.
