Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 8+ years accounting, financial control or finance management experience.
• Experience within family offices, asset management, financial services or similar environments preferred.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to cover both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the finance function for the family office.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare management accounts and financial analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee accounts payable, expenses, banking and cash management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with external service providers, banks, auditors and advisors.
• Ensure strong financial controls and governance processes are maintained.
• Support investment-related finance and operational matters where required.
• Drive process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities.
