Job summary

EX-R is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate in Hong Kong to support day-to-day financial operations and administration.

The role focuses on receivables/payables, general ledger, and financial reporting, with opportunities to engage with auditors and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• 2 years relevant working experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge in accounting software – QuickBooks is a plus.
• Self-motivated, mature and a good team player.
• Well-organized with strong analytical skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to analyze business performance.
• Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors on audit inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the finance team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support our finance functions with a primary focus on financial operations and administrative tasks, assisting the Finance Manager in the day-to-day management of receivables, payables, and overall finance administration.
