Projob21.com Ltd. is hiring for an Executive Director to lead discretionary mandates and active investment advisory within a prestigious private banking group in Hong Kong.

The role collaborates across regional teams to tailor complex investment solutions for HNW/UHNW clients, with a strong emphasis on risk management and client service excellence. The candidate brings 18+ years in multi-asset advisory, exceptional presentation skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• CFA certification or equivalent required.
• 18+ years experience in investment advisory within wealth management/private banking.
• Expertise in discretionary portfolio management and multi-asset allocation.
• Confident, polished investment presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead discretionary mandates and active investment strategy alongside HQ, Europe and Asia teams.
• Consult with clients to tailor investment strategies to risk appetite.
• Provide macro insights to support client investment decisions and portfolio reviews.
• Attend client pitches and portfolio reviews with bankers and CIOs/research teams.
• Supervise client services team, ensure onboarding, compliance and efficient workflows.
