Job summary

CR Supercharge Technology Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a safety and operations engineer to establish and implement charging station safety operation standards in line with local regulations, conduct daily safety inspections, and organise training and emergency drills.

Responsibilities include coordinating 24/7 EV charger operations, monitoring data, identifying bottlenecks, performing routine maintenance and testing of equipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Holder of HK Electrical Worker License (Grade B or above, C/H or relevant certification preferred).
• Experience in charging station/power facility operation and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement charging station safety operation standards in line with Hong Kong regulations; update SOPs.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Organise safety training and emergency drills (electrical leakage, fire response).
• Coordinate 24/7 operation of EV chargers (DC/AC), power distribution equipment and monitoring systems.
• Monitor operation data, analyze bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
• Manage station environment and user experience; coordinate with property management, power companies and authorities for compliance.
• Routine maintenance and periodic testing of chargers, transformers and distribution cabinets; respond to equipment failures and perform on-site repairs.
