Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or Civil Engineering, with experience in building services inspection preferred.

Qualifications

• DSE or higher diploma in Building Studies or Civil Engineering.
• Architectural background with 6 years’ experience.
• Experience in inspection of building services works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estates project coordination and progress monitoring.
• Site coordination & project administration.

• Vet the applications of funding for R&D projects.
• Monitor the technical and financial aspects of R&D projects.
