Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an experienced C++ developer to design, implement and optimize high-performance real-time trading applications. You will collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to refine strategies and ensure reliability under extreme market conditions.

The role requires strong data structures, algorithms, and systems programming skills, plus Python scripting and SQL experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance or similar from a well-recognised university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good programming skills with experience in C++ development (C++17/20).
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and systems programming.
• Experience with Python or scripting languages for tooling and automation.
• Experience in database and SQL.
• Familiar with financial markets, market data feeds, or exchange protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
