Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking an Equities and Securities Settlement Associate to ensure the integrity of post-trade processing within the back office of the investment banking division. You will oversee trade settlement processes, collateral movements, and collaborate with global teams to enhance efficiency.

The role requires 5–7 years of equities settlement experience, a relevant degree, and on-site work rights in Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in equities settlement and operations.
• Right to work in Asia on-site.
• In-depth knowledge of Asian markets is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade settlement processes across multiple product types.
• Oversee settlements, collateral movements, and tri-party activities.
• Resolve operational queries and support front office inquiries.
• Investigate settlement breaks and reconcile discrepancies.
