Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) invites applications for a senior data product professional to drive enterprise data product roadmaps and partner with business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable value.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, translate business needs into data products, and collaborate with data scientists, IT, and cross-functional teams to enable analytics, reporting, and AI use cases while ensuring governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in data management, data products, analytics delivery or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering or managing enterprise data platforms and data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, architecture, integration, and governance principles.
• Experience supporting analytics, AI, reporting, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data technologies.
• Excellent business analysis, communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into data products and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products and platform capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Translate business objectives into data product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and solution teams to enable analytics and AI use cases.
• Define requirements, backlog priorities, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Promote enterprise data platform adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Ensure data is governed, accessible, and meets quality standards.
• Monitor adoption and value realization of data products and platforms.
• Identify improvements and opportunities to optimise platform use.
