Job summary

Bright International Education Limited is seeking an energetic English/Phonics teacher to deliver engaging lessons to Kindergarten and Primary students in a well-supported centre.

The role requires fluency in English and Cantonese, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching children. Training is provided and weekend work may be required.

Job Description

Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Teach English and Phonics to Kindergarten and Primary students in small-class settings

Support the daily operations of the education centre

Prepare lessons and teaching materials

Monitor students' learning progress and performance

Communicate with parents regarding students' progress

Research Hong Kong primary and secondary school English curricula

Prepare teaching materials for primary and secondary level courses

Collect feedback and conduct basic analysis

Assist with administrative work when required

Job Requirments

Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, PGDE, or equivalent

Fresh graduates are welcome; full training will be provided

DELTA / CELTA / TESOL / TEFL qualifications will be an advantage

Fluency in ENGLISH AND CANTONESE, with strong written skills in both English and Chinese

Passionate, energetic, and committed to teaching children

Responsible, independent, hardworking, and positive

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, and Zoom

Able to work on Saturdays and/ or Sundays

Successful candidates will receive a 2-week full-day training.
