Skyway Asia Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior/Project Engineer to lead day-to-day site operations in Hong Kong. You will review drawings, manage subcontractors, track milestones, and ensure quality, safety, and progress targets on site.

The role requires a Civil/Structural/Building Engineering background with HK construction regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years solid HK construction experience.
• Knowledge of HK regulations, safety ordinances, and statutory procedures.
• Proactive with strong site management and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities to meet quality, safety, and progress targets.
• Review drawings, method statements, and technical submittals; resolve on-site engineering challenges with consultants, architects, and clients.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to formulate work programs, track milestones, and manage site resources efficiently.
• Enforce Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards in accordance with statutory requirements and contract specs.
• Partner with the Quantity Surveying team on site measurements, variation orders, and progress valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Civil, Structural, Building Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 yearsof solid construction experiencein Hong Kong.
• Professional qualification (e.g., HKIE, MICE, MIStructE) is a definite advantage for Senior Engineerrole.
• Sound knowledge of HK construction regulations, safety ordinances, and statutory procedures.
• Proactive with strong site management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
