Job summary

Experior Asia is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of DP Environmental Systems and Societies to join its international team. The successful candidate will inspire students and deliver high-quality teaching.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant subject with PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed., be registered with the Hong Kong Education Bureau, and demonstrate strong communication and assessment skills, plus a commitment to pastoral care and extra-curricular development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant subject disciplines, plus PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed. qualification.
• Applicants should be registered teachers with the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
• The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with teachers and other relevant professionals, parents and students.
• An understanding of current developments in teaching.
• Experience of a range of assessment strategies for identifying students’ needs and supporting learning.
• A commitment to pastoral care within the school.
• A commitment to developing students’ skills through extra-curricular opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Teach confidently across IB DP Environmental Systems and Societies and support learning across different year groups.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in language and literature, with the ability to deliver engaging and structured lessons.
• Use a range of teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
• Show creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Work collaboratively within the department and contribute to shared planning and resource development.
