Job summary

Esquire in Hong Kong seeks a Content Director, Fashion to lead the overall fashion direction for print and digital content, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high editorial quality and execution.

You will supervise the fashion editorial team, coordinate styling and cover shoots, and guide multimedia fashion content creation for digital platforms while representing the Esquire brand at key events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of editorial experience in fashion/media.
• Excellent fashion sense and styling expertise.
• Strong network with writers, stylists, photographers, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall fashion direction across print and digital.
• Oversee editing and curation of fashion features for print and digital.
• Direct styling and cover shoots; coordinate visual elements.
• Oversee video production initiatives for digital/social media.
• Liaise with celebrities, agents and industry leaders for exclusives.
• Mentor team and develop editorial and fashion capabilities.
• Represent Esquire brand at fashion events and previews.
