Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a trusted investigator to support the VP Group Compliance in whistleblowing, misconduct and fraud investigations across multiple markets. The role emphasizes timely reporting, stakeholder coordination with regulators, and effective risk mitigation.

The candidate should have a law/accounting/business background and solid experience dealing with regulators in Asia, with Cantonese language capability and readiness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate whistleblowing, misconduct and fraud cases and prepare investigation reports to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinate with regulators/LEA and provide guidance and oversight of investigations.
• Support the execution of fraud risk prevention and detection infrastructure and related training.
• Review investigation reports from business units to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and monitor country reporting.
