Leadingnation in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, is looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Assistant to support the daily operations of E-Commerce platforms. You will assist with product launch management, track E-Commerce orders, and serve as the contact point for customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma in relevant fields and 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required, and a passion for sports is a plus. Benefits include medical insurance, annual leave, and staff purchase discounts.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager on daily operation of E-Commerce platforms and support online platform interface updates
• Product launch management across the official brand website, including product listing, setting accurate pricing, updating product image, and maintaining real‑time inventory
• Track and monitor incoming E-Commerce orders, collaborating closely with relevant departments to ensure seamless delivery to end customers
• Serve as the contact point for frontline digital inquiries and resolve customer questions in professional attitude regarding order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product details
• Support ad‑hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in business, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in E‑Commerce
• Passionate about sports & strong knowledge of footwear is a plus
• Able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to details and numbers
• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; basic knowledge in Power BI is a plus
• Be proactive, self‑motivated and well‑organized
• Immediately available is preferred
