Job summary

Clarrow is seeking a data engineer to design and maintain enterprise-grade dimensional data models and robust pipelines across cloud platforms. You will optimize batch, incremental, and CDC workloads, ensure data quality, metadata management, and lineage for governance, and balance performance with cost.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions, contribute to data architecture standards, and leverage Spark/PySpark, Databricks, Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable dimensional models (star/snowflake).
• Proficient in SQL for data transformation, validation, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on with Spark/PySpark and cloud analytics platforms (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade dimensional models and schemas.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize data pipelines across cloud platforms with CDC processing and monitoring.
• Integrate, transform, and validate data using advanced SQL across lakehouse and warehouse environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Manage data quality, metadata management, documentation, and lineage tracking for governance.
