Job summary

Excel Technology International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Data Analytics professional to design and enhance data analytics for insurance applications. You will develop, test, implement, and maintain data analytics and warehouse platforms to support business decisions.

Ideal candidates have a CS/IT degree, hands‑on data engineering and warehousing experience, and strong Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and Azure SQL MI skills, plus English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or any data analytics related projects.
• Solid experience in Databricks, Spark and PySpark.
• Strong experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance (Azure MI) and SQL development.
• Experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written & spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Carry out studies on new requirements, system design and enhancement of data analytics for insurance applications.
• Perform development, testing, implementation support and maintenance on data analytics and data warehouse platform.
