Job summary

Nityo Infotech seeks an experienced data engineering delivery leader to own and drive complex data projects in a fast-paced environment. You will lead technical delivery, design modern ETL/ELT pipelines, and work with Azure Databricks, Spark, and AliCloud DataWorks tools.

Hybrid of hands-on and leadership, minimum 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in delivery leadership, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in data engineering delivery leadership or technical lead roles
• Hands-on with Azure Cloud Services, database technology (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL), Azure Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark / Spark SQL), and modern ETL/ELT pipeline design, AliCloud DataWorks tools (DataWorks, MaxCompute, OSS, Hologres)
• Proficient in written and spoken English – local candidates who do not require visa sponsorship will be considered

Job description

Minimum 3 days onsite including Tue and Wed as fixed core days, 1 day to choose from Mon, Thurs and Fri

Must-have criteria:

• Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in data engineering delivery leadership or technical lead roles - with the ability to independently own and drive project delivery in a timely manner
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud Services, database technology (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL), Azure Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark / Spark SQL), and modern ETL/ELT pipeline design, AliCloud big data tools, specifically DataWorks, MaxCompute, OSS, and Hologres
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English – only local candidates who do not require visa sponsorship will be considered

Good-to-have criteria:

• Experience with FineBI, Power BI, Tableau or similar enterprise reporting tools
