EIRE Systems (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a capable coordinator to drive vulnerability and compliance analysis across cloud, servers, databases, and web servers. You will compile findings, track remediation, and report progress to the security program.

The role emphasizes collaboration with security and IT teams, producing monthly Excel and Power BI dashboards, and leading IT application security review meetings with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of Project Coordination or Business Analysis experience within the IT industry (financial services or security experience is highly preferred).
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills; fluent in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage but optional).
• Proficiency in data analysis via Excel/Power-BI; experience with Power-Apps or Power-Automate is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Vulnerability & Compliance Analysis: Retrieve and interpret technical vulnerability and configuration compliance reports across cloud, servers, databases, and web servers to identify required fixes.
• Remediation Tracking & Collaboration: Partner with security and IT teams to consolidate program statuses, request quotes for remediation, and track patches to completion.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Produce monthly dashboards in Excel and Power-BI to visualize progress and provide updates to the overarching security program.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Chair monthly IT application security review meetings to present current states and gather updates from key stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor security QA for IT systems and applications, assisting with ad-hoc compliance projects.
